Hi, my name is Ashley and I have been a self-taught graphic designer for over 9 years. I have done everything from branding and logos to website design. As a designer I feel that it is my job to tell my client's story with creativity, art and typography. - This design will not be an instant download since it will need to be edited to your details
- The info that you left in the personalize section will be reviewed and I will reach out if any additional details are needed for your designs.
- A proof of your designs will be sent via an Etsy message within 48 business hours to make sure everything is correct.
- If everything on the proof is correct, the files will be created and delivered to you digitally via a google drive link within 1 business days. The link is sent in an Etsy message with a copy going to your email address on your account.

✨DESIGN PROCESS (TIMELINE)✨
1. When placing your order, please leave in the *PERSONALIZE* section (or message after your order)
- your BUSINESS NAME
- your TAGLINE OR SUB-LINE (real estate agent, state, est. 2009, etc.)
- desired INITIALS to use if applicable to the design
- color hex codes if a color change is needed. I can match from a photo or please use www.colorpicker.com to get an accurate color code :)
- any other info that applies to your chosen design package
2. After your order is placed, I will complete the design with your details and send a design proof for approval within 1-3 business days.
Your name will be set up like the example....in lowercase, title-case or uppercase as shown unless specified otherwise. Please note that if a design has swirls or swooshes on the tails of the lowercase letters, they might not be available on uppercase letters. Also, if the design has a door in it, the door’s color may not be editable. Check the listing to make sure or message me.
3. After approval of the proof, your files will be completed and we will send a download link to you via Etsy message (will go to your email too).

- 1 round of revisions (2 revisions on package #2) Color changes may be requested at no extra cost
- additional rounds of revisions will cost a little extra
- changes to the design after the approved files are sent will incur additional costs
- the fonts are not included with the files, but we will provide info on the names of the fonts so you may download or purchase them if you like.
- No PHYSICAL product is included, the order will be sent as digital files only.
- the logo is NOT being sold as a 'One Of A Kind Original'. the logo will be resold again

🎀DIGITAL FILE GUIDE🎀
EPS – standard vector file that is compatible with most editing software
PNG -transparent background file in hi-resolution (300ppi)
JPG - high res image file (300ppi)
PDF - Hi Res & very compatible file for print
WATERMARK PNG - files that are all black or all white & transparent for placing over photos to mark ownership or copyright of your images online.
